How to choose design assets
Always check the licence
“Free” can mean personal use only, attribution required, or free for commercial work. The licence page is the source of truth, not the download button.
Keep a consistent set
Mixing icon or illustration styles from different sources quickly makes a design look unfinished. Pick one family and stick with it.
Prefer editable formats
SVG icons, variable fonts and layered source files are easier to adapt than flattened images.
Watch file size
Large photos and many font weights slow down websites. Compress images and load only the font weights you use.
Keep the ones you use in one place
QuickPick puts every tool you actually open one click away, with boards for inspiration and notes beside the work. Free to start.
