Terms of Service

The rules for using QuickPick — your account, your content, plans and billing, and tool submissions.

Last updated 31 August 2026

Agreement

These terms are between you and Quickpick, which operates QuickPick. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not, please do not use QuickPick.

Your account

You need an account to use QuickPick. Keep your login details to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you.

One account is for one person. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us, and for keeping your email address current so we can reach you.

You must be at least 13 years old to use QuickPick.

Your content stays yours

Everything you save — links, files, images, notes and boards — remains yours. We claim no ownership of it.

You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your content, and to process and display it back to you and to anyone you deliberately share it with. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

You are responsible for what you upload. Do not save anything you do not have the right to store, and do not use QuickPick to hold unlawful material.

Plans and billing

QuickPick has a free plan and a paid Pro plan. What each includes is set out on the pricing page, and the limits shown there are the limits the service actually enforces.

Pro is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the account returns to the free plan.

Payments already made are not refunded. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.

We may change our prices. If we do, we will tell you before the change applies to you, and it will never apply to a period you have already paid for.

What happens if you downgrade

Going back to the free plan does not delete anything. Your content stays and remains readable and downloadable.

If you are above a free plan limit you will not be able to add anything new in that category until you are back under it.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

  • Break the law, or infringe anyone's rights, using QuickPick.
  • Upload malware, or anything designed to damage or interfere with the service.
  • Try to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours.
  • Scrape, overload or attempt to disrupt the service.
  • Resell or redistribute QuickPick as your own product.

If you do any of these we may suspend or close your account.

Submitting a tool

Anyone can submit a tool for the Suggested Tools feed. Submitting it does not guarantee it will be listed — every submission is reviewed by a person, and we decide what appears.

By submitting, you confirm you have the right to represent the tool and that the details you give are accurate. We may edit a listing's wording, or remove it, at any time.

Availability

We work to keep QuickPick running and your data safe, but we cannot promise the service will always be available or free of faults. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we do not give warranties about it.

Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data.

Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using QuickPick and delete your account at any time from Settings.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless we are prevented from doing so.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects you we will give you notice in the product or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use QuickPick after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
