What happens when I reach a limit on the free plan?
Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked. Everything you have already saved stays exactly where it is. You just can't add anything new until you remove something or upgrade. Free covers 10 tools, 3 boards, 50 notes and 500 MB of storage.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The free plan is free forever and never asks for card details. You only enter them if you decide to upgrade.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the account moves back to Free. No cancellation fee, no notice period.
What happens to my files if I go back to Free?
They stay where they are and you can still open and download them. If you are over the 500 MB free limit you can't upload anything new until you are back under it.
How do I get my tool into the Suggested Tools feed?
Send it to us and a person reviews it. Places in the feed aren't for sale — if it's genuinely useful to designers, it goes in.
